Bond it
The dev locks at least 0.5 SOL in the vault to launch. No bond, no listing.
Devs lock a bond to launch. 1% of every safu trade fills an insurance pool. If the dev dumps during the guard window, everyone who bought here gets SOL back, automatically.
Devs put money on the line before they launch. Traders pay a small premium on every trade. If the dev rugs, the guard catches it and pays holders back in SOL.

1% of every buy and sell on safu goes to the insurance pool. That's your premium.
For 72 hours, safu watches the dev wallet and every wallet the dev funded before launch.
If the dev side dumps, everyone covered gets SOL back from the bond and the pool. Clean devs get their bond back.
Pick a coin. These are its trades on safu, each one paying 1% into the pool, and the guard's read on the dev side right now.
It goes live on pump.fun, signed in your wallet, with your bond locked in the safu vault. Stay clean through the guard window and you get the bond back, plus a certified record buyers can see.
Every launch on safu ends one of two ways: certified, with the bond returned, or rugged, with the bond paid out to buyers. Here's who did which.
Buy on safu and you're covered on that coin for the rest of its guard window. Your cover is the SOL you put in on safu, minus what you took out. If the dev rugs, refunds land in your wallet in SOL. You don't file anything.
Post a bond, launch, build. If you stay clean through the guard window, the bond comes back and your record shows a certified launch. Buyers check that record before they buy.
The vault is a public wallet. Every bond, premium, refund and bond return is a transfer you can check on Solscan, marked with a memo that names the coin.

During the guard window, the dev side moving or selling half of the most tokens it held. Or the price falling 80% from its peak while the dev side sold a fifth. The dev side is the launching wallet plus every wallet it sent SOL to in the 24 hours before launch.
Everyone covered gets the same share of their loss. The budget is the dev's bond, plus a top-up from the pool of up to one more bond (capped at 10% of the pool) when at least 3 wallets are covered. Nobody gets more than they put in, or more than the per-wallet limit.
No. Cover only applies to trades made on safu, because that's where the 1% premium is paid. Selling cancels cover for what you took out, and so does selling or moving the tokens somewhere else: when a rug is detected, safu reads every covered wallet and scales its refund by how much of what it bought here it still holds.
Cover counts trades made before the guard's last clean check, which runs every 5 minutes. A buy in the few minutes between that check and the one that catches the dump isn't covered, so nobody can buy a coin that's already been dumped and claim a refund.
Refunds wait a few hours after a rug is detected, so the operator can hold a false trigger, like a dev moving tokens to a new wallet they told everyone about. Holds and releases are shown on the claim.
The pool only tops up when several wallets are covered, each wallet's refund is capped, and the pool never pays more than 10% of itself on one rug. A dev who rugs their own fake buyers loses their bond to do it.
Launching costs the network fee, rent and your bond, which you get back if you stay clean. Trading costs pump.fun's fee, PumpPortal's 0.5% and the 1% premium.
No. Cover is limited to the bond and the pool rules above, and the guard can miss rugs it can't see, like a dev using wallets they never funded directly. Trade only what you can afford to lose.
The operator of this site holds the vault key and runs the guard engine. Every movement is on chain and public. The rules shown on the pool page are the live settings.
